I thought my dog may have swallowed his ball so I took him for x-rays to be on the safe side. After waiting in the car in 90° weather for hours, Dr. Madden came out to give me the horrible news that yes he definitely swallowed his tennis size hard rubber ball and if he didn't have a 4to 5 thousand dollar emergency surgery, he would need to be euthanized! I was devistated. She said Griffy was just relaxing inside and letting a kitty rub up all on him, and she was so sorry but these things happen, handed me a pamphlet to apply for care credit and to call in when I've made a decision. So, instead of putting my 3 yr old dog to sleep I sold my car for the emergency surgery because I love him. Guess what? They found no ball. I'm out a car but at least I didn't euthanize my dog for NO REASON!!!

We took a cat a homeless cat that was dumped by our home to get checked out here. The staff were friendly and helpful but the vet and the manager are horrible and don't know what they're talking about. The vet gave her a clean bill of health besides the hurt leg she had and told us the cat was around 2. After an issue with they because of payment (they called us to ask for more money after we already paid at the time of the visit) I talked to the manager who was without a doubt the most vile, unhelpful, rude person I've ever spoken to. So after all of that I took her to the vet in Raymond to get examined because the cat was underweight. The vet took one look at the cat and her condition and said she was 10 and had hyperthyroidism . The vet seemed flabbergasted at the Grays Harbor vet didn't know this. I would and have done everything to avoid Grays Harbor and would absolutely not take my animals to them. I cannot understand why they have so many positive reviews. I also submitted my information/experience to the better business bureau.

Wonderful setup that requires minimal contact. Talked to the vet on the phone. She was very informative, understanding & helpful. We will return in the future with any issues we have with our 4 cats.

After calling two other veterinary places to establish care for my two cats I was luckily able to get appointments scheduled for both my kitties here. Their curbside procedures are great. Their welcome packet was super informative. I’ve only gotten to speak with Dr. Madden over the phone but she’s been great and I look forward to meeting her in person in the future. The rest of the staff that I’ve interacted with are great as well. Super happy to find openings at this vet and am happy with the care that my kitties have already received.

My experience has been that they are concerned with the immediate needs of your pet but absolutely don't push anything on you. My favorite vet for all time for my two fur babies!
The price for an office is responsible, but don't expect an accurate diagnosis. They killed one of my dogs.
