Really good Indian food near the hotel district in Arlington VA. Our appetizer was a papri chaat, which we felt was good. Full marks for their wonderfully made tandoori chicken and the kadhai chicken. The lamb do pyaza was good but left room for improvement. Service was fast and our server was really friendly and attentive! Extra brownie points for the Taj Mahal beer on the drinks menu!

Small eatery near our hotel, Hyatt Regency. Upstairs has an area for takeout orders, and downstairs are two small rooms for dine in. My initial reception was not very cordial, but someone took my order after a few minutes, and I was served in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered the Kadhai Chicken. There was dish of rice and another of the chicken. The portions were ample and tasted very good although a little spicier than I would have preferred. The garlic nan was very good and fresh. Prices were also good for the amount of food served. Altogether, a good meal. My only suggestion would be for the service to be a bit cheerier and more interactive.

My wife and I went to this place, there was hardly anyone and the restaurant had downstairs sitting and it was cold. We ordered rotis( not recommended), samosa, papdi chat and kadhai chicken. All of the dishes were not at all good, maybe this place is famous for kabobs or something. Anyways once the server takes the order you will see him again only once you get your food. Overall not a good experience.
