I would go to this one before a drive through anyday. It is run by all women now annnndddd since then the service has been great

I was there with a couple of friends at 10:30 at a Saturday night. The shift manager was making fun of a special needs teenager and he got scared and ran away out the store. He tried coming again inside to use the restroom and the employees including the female shift manager wearing a gray shirt scared the teenager and he ran outside again. My friends and I were ordering and we told them to stop making fun of him and it’s not right. We ended the order and left because of this experience. They then proceeded to mock us and saying “bye bye” and saying some words in Spanish.

Me and my friends came at around 10:30 at night to get some food and a special needs man walks in and walks towards the bathroom but the workers started screaming at him and making fun of him. He looked very scared and they kept screaming at him. We told them that they shouldn’t make fun of him but they said they weren’t and started laughing. Don’t come here Don’t recommend NEVER COME HERE

Ordered Breakfast from McDonald's via Grubhub. Besides the high delivery fee Grubhub selected a location nowhere close to me (10 minutes away by car) and then promised it would get to me at 8:20 AM to 8:30 AM. As I ordered it at 8 AM, I somehow doubted this. Unless McDonald's was going to send me pre-made food it would take some time to cook everything and find a driver. I had ordered Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with extra scrambled eggs, extra sausage, and extra biscuit, with a Medium Sweet Ice Tea. The driver appeared on the Tracker about 8:03 AM and I wondered if that would be my driver. Drivers have a habit of appearing and then disappearing when they decide they don't want to do the job. The driver made it to the McDonald's after 8:20 AM so of course the Estimated delivery time changed. But it always does. Not pushed back too far - but when the food was picked up Grubhub said the time of delivery was now 8:30 AM to 8:40 AM. Also noticed that this location was below a four star rating on Google Maps so I was a tad worried. Seemed the complaints were mostly about service and manners and not about food so maybe I was be okay? It arrived at 8:34 PM, not bad, and looked well packaged. The driver was also polite. The food was still hot, but for the hash brown, and was tasty. The tea was good, cold, and they didn't put in too much ice which is also good. More tea for me. I have to say, for this location, a five out of five.

I don't know what kind of DM has this McDonalds that don't change the staff starting with the manager. A Woman without Education, with Nothing No Professionalism, Bitter and Bad Face. I stopped going even though I live a 2 minute walk to avoid ruining my day. With Gusto I drive about 5 minutes to Route 7 and Glenn Carlyn. Excellent attention. Very friendly people. Smiles everywhere. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Exceptional. Everything is per guidelines

The two Hispanics mans are really rude they need to know how to talk to me I went there and ask for extra ketchup and the man acted like he didn’t hear me and the other guy needs to know how to clean the tables or say excuse when people is sitting.

I am so sorry that you had a bad experience. I suggest that you leave a review about the poor customer service that you received. Moreover, if you do not inform the store about what you have experienced they will not know that they have a problem.
