The room was clean and I found the bed to be very comfortable. I also enjoyed the coffee bar and the staff was friendly. However, there were so many little things that when added together would cause me to not book with them again. The biggest problem was the noise of everything. The toilet was incredibly loud (whether it was ours or an adjacent room's), other room's TVs, the AC. It was so hard to get a deep sleep when everything was working together to keep you awake. Some other drawbacks were the lack of a vent in the bathroom and the flavorless breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel on June 13 for one night. After I checked in at around 8:30 pm, I decided to make coffee in my room. After played with the coffee maker for 30 minutes, I realized the water was not just cold but leaked out from the bottom of the maker. I called the front desk and was told someone would bring a replacement to my room. After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to get it from the front desk myself since no one showed up. I realized the maker was not ready. Finally, I got the replacement and a new towel since the one in the room is thin and with stain. After I got back to the room, I could not get the coffee maker to function. The ON light was on but nothing else. The coffee maker was not the only thing that was wrong: 1. The spring coils on two queen beds were noisy. 2. The lotion cap seal was broken. 3. The hotel is right next to the freeway. It was so s noisy the whole night. 4. The air conditioner is noisy. 5. The shower room has no vent. It is foggy after shower. However, the bright side is the lady that prepares breakfast was courteous and helpful. I hope the hotel service quality is similar to her performance but no. I was very disappointed with what I got for what I paid for one night. Is the service quality in the whole industry is going down?

The staff was ABSOLUTELY SUPERB...specifically Amanda, Angelica, & Shelby! They COLLECTIVELY made my family's stay at the establishment feel right at home. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I DEFINITELY plan on staying at this location again if/when my son's travel football & basketball team is in the PA area. In addition, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean and comfortable.

This was a good hotel in general it was clean and neat. Pros: There is a coffee bar! Location and pool! Cons: -The lock on the door of our original room did not work and the sink was not draining, (but we switched rooms without a problem) -Breakfast was just grab and go and there was only granola bars and some fruit…I really wanted that hotel breakfast vibe but did not get it
