Caleb is the keeper at this store, and keep he does. The guy is awesome. He is personable, friendly, bonding, exudes trust, nice, and helpful. He followed through with everything we talked about. The store is welcoming, light, playful, and educational. I am so glad to have used the Verizon store on S. 19th and Mildred to help me with an iphone upgrade and a move up from iphone 8 to 13. Service was great, as you can ascertain. This country is in a very precarious way at present and quality customer service is a gift and hard to find. Verizon is very lucky to have Caleb and staff. Thank you for being there. Hope everyone that steps into this store experiences the best of the best!

We recently purchased 2 new phones and were helped through the process by the very patient and efficient Verizon employee, Tresa. Her good humor and pleasant manner smoothed out the tech glitches we experienced (nothing serious) along the way. I would happily refer her to anyone thinking of buying/upgrading their phone products.

Excellent service from the minute I walked in. I use to dread going to Verizon and leaving with a headache every single time. Not here with GiGi! She is extremely intelligent! I was in and out with a new phone, that I am in love with! I feel great and I'm not broke. Thanks to GiGi, I know I am in good hands. Thank you for everything! A+++++

The employee was friendly, however I am not happy with the outcome of the service provided. I purchased a new phone and was charged $20 to transfer my old phones info to the new phone. After spending 30 minutes waiting for this process, only the apps were transferred- contacts and pictures were not transferred. A couple of weeks later, I found out I was over my data limit which is unusual for me. In looking at my history, over 2GB were used by the store employee during the appointment time to process the unsuccessful transfer which caused my data overage fee's.

I'm not sure they will do that. Go to your wireless company and they will set you up.
