Great place to camp, hike, relax, visit, etc. They offer day passes to just hike the Blue Rocks. $8 for each adult. Which is a great deal. It is also way easier and faster to get to than the River of Rocks. But just as fun. There is a Pulpit Rock trail access path just next to the Blue Rocks, at campsite 160. Overall, I would rather support a family owned campground vs. Hawk Mountain even though I hiked there many times as a Boy Scout.

Very nice campground with clean facilities, friendly staff and variety of activities for kids. Loved the pond and play area for the youngish. Pool and of course the Boulder field is beautiful. Mother Nature. Held a class reunion here recently and it wasn't bad. Probably the best one we had . Campground is perfect and I will be visiting again.

I had to cancel due to COVID related illnesses, and my family had to quarantine. They refunded less then half of what we paid. If I had know that that was what they would do maybe I should have gone! It’s clear that they don’t have the safety of there staff or customers in mind!! Only concerned with make a few dollars! Poor ownership poor management short sighted mentality. My family will never go here now! Plenty of other choices that are less expensive! Certainly not family friendly!!!

Needed a loop and a section on the AT so I visited the family that ran the place, was sited perfectly for the blazes and did my hike. Showers were free and good. Had a camp sink for washing cookware. Each site had the ability to have a fire in the ring and the sites were spacious but rocky. Very clean place and a good value.

They are open year round however water is turned off during the winter season and a person can rent a site with their own trailer.
If you message them on facebook they normally get back fairly quickly!!
Yes, it's a permanent campground. They have tent, camper and cabin sites available to rent.
Don't think they give refunds because your trip is on you. However, I was there last week and the pool and playground were open to campers. They're closed to day visitors right now.
Check in time is 3:00PM....but I saw campers coming in at nine and ten o'clock. Not sure how it works, but they do have a "late night" check in system.
That's a week away! Weather in PA changes every other day! At the moment, they're calling for 60's and occasional showers.
I'm sorry I don't know, I have a permanent site and I'm not really up on the weekend prices. But I've been coming here for 30 years and I just love it rustic sites private, hiking trails, and things to do to just relax great place!
