Well seems nice. No power after 11pm. I think it gets turned off. My wife is handicap and with her meds, needs the ac on at night. But no power at pole. Stopped at 11pm.

Nice place, staff is wonderful, friendly. Store/office should be open when guests are staying. Also could use better check out instructions if office is not available.

Beautiful and well maintained park, but the permanent residents clearly run the place. It was very peaceful during the day but at night there was one permanent resident who insisted on playing extremely loud music with a base that shook the ground. We were about 75 yards away from him and could hear lyrics and feel it with our doors/windows closed and a football game on TV. We complained to the general manager and nothing was done. It was worse on night 2. There were many activities this weekend and the few we tried to attend started late and were poorly organized. This place is really pretty with a great location and the hookups were reliable. It's a shame it's not managed well. For the price, I don't expect these kinds of issues.

Property was beautiful, most of the people were not. Very tight knit community of year round tenants. Office staff was very rude almost every time. We stayed for 21 nights and couldn't wait to leave. Best part every day was the ducks on the pond across from our spot. Didn't feel welcomed in the slightest.
