Best auto transaction I’ve ever had! We dealt with Sarah Duff and she was amazing. Super friendly and not pushy at all. I had a special request for our test drive with wanting to tow our camp trailer before purchasing a 2014 Toyota Tundra. Sarah brought the truck to our house and stayed extra late to make it happen. I never leave reviews as it takes a lot to impress me these days. But I just wanted to leave a review about the great experience buying a car from lithia was. We first dealt with Alyssa and then when we arrived sort of unannounced we were handed over to Sarah. Sarah was amazing. I stated that we were interested in one car and gap insurance and what we had as a trade in and what the payment needed to be and that we weren’t interested in being there for hours and hours. She stated no problem at all, she wasn’t lying. We were in and out with a test drive financing and trade in less than 2 hours. Sarah kept everything moving smoothly keeping the finance manager involved the whole time and no typical dealer tricks. After discussing the extended warranty quickly we did in fact choose to go with it. Our payment came in under what we wanted by about 25 dollars. This was a fantastic car buying experience which I never thought I would utter those words. This is our first Subaru purchase but will not be our last time dealing with Lithia for sure. With two teenagers getting ready to drive and us having multiple vehicles remaining in our lifetime Lithia will always be a new first choice for us after this great experience. I hope the managers see this and recognize Sarah in some grand way because this is no easy task impressing me these days.

My wife and I had an excellent experience buying a car here. We stopped in on a Sunday to window shop, not knowing they were open. We felt no pressure or awkwardness from anyone, but were assured they were there if we needed them. Deshawn, Kevin and the rest of the crew proceeded to be of excellent assistance as we test drove a few vehicles. Though we weren’t planning to buy that day, they got us in the perfect new ride and we decided to dive in. They made the hard parts quick and easy and we were off in our new Subaru before we knew it. While I worked at this dealership years ago. I had not been here in 10 years or more. We visited 3 other dealerships in the area before stopping here. My 1st stop was the Parts dept. where I visited with Lea Jewel the parts manager. She told me to ask for Trish in sales. After meeting Trish, my wife and I both liked her. She was training another sales person Arvin. We went out and looked at cars and didn't find anything that we liked. After talking with Trish further she said we should drive one of the vehicles we looked at since it met all our requirements. We test drove it and we both liked the car a lot. My only reservation was the interior color. It had a reasonable sales price so we purchased it on the spot. Trish and Arvin both went out of there way to make this purchase quick and easy. Even after the sale they have helped with anything that has come up. One of the things I check before visiting any dealership is there online rating.
