This building was finally condemened today (08/02/2021) hopefully they do not get their CO back. Horrid sanitary conditions, stay away if they manage to get their CO back.

Room was so disgusting I chose to sleep in my car instead, matress was on the floor tv propped up against the wall sheets and bed filthy. I could go on but there isn't anything nice to say about this place. I paid 70 bucks what a waste...give me my money back. I am so reporting this place to any and every agency I can...

Absolutely horrible experience, my elderly father flew up for a family party and booked a room for two nights. Upon arrival he realized that not only was there no hot water but the bed was broken. He asked for another room and the man working outside didn’t say anything, he just walked away towards the office. My father took a shower at my house and the next morning went to the office to request a refund because he would be going home the following day and after being denied a functional room he wanted to go stay somewhere else with hot water and a bed that wasn’t broken and the woman yelled at him at the window and told him there was nothing she could do and it was $70 a night. I don’t recommend this for anyone, my father flew up from Florida looking for accommodations and at his age with his health he doesn’t need that kind of frustration. I don’t care what the price is, you’re paying for basic necessities and that includes a bed that isn’t broken and working hot water. There’s a ton of people living there and it’s incredibly shady, not recommended for families with children. Especially not the elderly either; unless you’re into terrible treatment and wasted money 🙄🙄

Overpriced for what you get. The room was dirty and grimey.needed rennovation.Floor was not mopped.Dirty sheets and towels, room smelt of smoke. The same dirty sheet some one photographed before still remains nailed to the window. No tea or coffee. $3 charge for credit card. $5 dollar charge for 4 min drive back to trail for AT hikers. On the plus side, good location for shops laundry,fast food. Microwave, fridge in room.Pleasant lady on reception. However Overall would not recommend a stay here.
