Ordered $11 of food. Asked for ranch. Was told they charge extra. So I don't even get 1 with my meal? Then window was shut. So even if I wanted to pay extra it was no longer an option. Didnt even open the food before the customer service earned your 1 star. So much for have it my way.

I arrived around 10:35pm 4/29/22 Waited more than 25 mins on a number 7. Ended up leaving after 25 minutes in drive through. They do not have enough employees at that hour to meet the amount of customers that arrive at that hour. Not to mention I paid for my meal, and will be disputing the transaction through my bank

Luckily it wasn't crowded when I was there because it took quite a while to figure out my order. I learned that most BKs around here don't accept online ordering ahead. (In their defense, it's probably quite expensive for a franchise to offer that service) Unfortunately, T-Mobile Tuesdays deals set it up that you can only order ahead. 😒 But no fault of BK. So I didn't get my free whopper. On the up side, this BK has the same price on their ch'king deluxe (YUM!) as for the regular ch'king! Then I discovered the Rodeo Burger has bbq sauce and onion rings for $1.49! So I got two of those and some fries which I got for $1 with a coupon. We both still ate well for 11.99 The counter girl was very friendly and patient and helpful. That made the difference between leaving without the free whopper and staying to order dinner anyway.

Denise sucks as the window staff. She's waaay to slow taking people order. She way to slow taking transaction and everytime she is in the window she forgets an item. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru the 1st time. Had to wait another 15 minutes the second time because she forgot my chicken nuggets. I would rather drive 30 seconds down the road for jack in the box. They never forgets and it's very fast. Thanks to Denise yall lost a customer
