We reserved a block of rooms here in June, 2022 for our wedding. The manager, Tamesha went way above and beyond accommodating us, making modifications to the block, and helping swap around reservations for our guests. If Comfort Inn has managers like her, they are going to be in great shape for a long time. Highly recommend for a budget friendly option in the Poconos, especially if you're looking for a wedding block!

Very nice and professional staff above and beyond standards. Room with double queen beds is very nice and spacious for two or more people. I also stayed in the single king room. This was very spacious for one person. I will absolutely use this hotel again. The free hot breakfast is awesome. Thank you to Ms. Marcia the daytime Manager who realized that I had a check in for the same day I was supposed to check out. I didn't have to wait around trying to kill time until the correct check in time. Hope you enjoyed your long weekend off. Thanks again!🤩

Very nice stay for me. Friendly staff. They put me in a handicapped room which was not ideal for me, since I am not handicapped. Very strange shower experience and hanging clothes in the closet was challenging (a low hanging bar). Other than that, it was good.

We recently booked a room for two nights at the Comfort Inn, Mt Pocono. Before booking, I called to make sure the pool was open. They assured me it was. When we checked in, I asked what hours the pool was open. I was told that something was broken and we couldn't use the pool. They offered to cancel the reservation at that time. I considered it but reluctantly decided that we had just driven for hours, and it was easier to stay. They then offered to discount our room, but when they realized I had using the Choice Rewards program, they told me they could not do the discount. I was extremely disappointed, as the pool was the reason I booked the hotel in the 1st place. While walking to our room, we noticed there were signs on both both sets of doors leading to the pool. "Pool Closed." The signs had obviously been up for a while as they were tattered and ripped. So, they lied to us when they told us it was open. Nice. Upon first inspection, the room seemed clean. We then noticed there were nasty stains on the bed-runner draped over the foot of the bed. We told the front desk and were told to fold it up and put it outside of our room. Ewww!! We were left wondering if the sheets had even been washed. Later that evening, someone was trying to get into our room with his key. When my daughter opened the door she found a very confused man who told her that this was his room and he had the right key and right room number. This was very disconcerting, as we were two women by ourselves in the room. Also, our bathroom sink was so clogged that you couldn't run the water long enough to wash your hands or brush your teeth. Overall, we were very disappointed.
