They food and staff were very good. The night manager was a monster! I witnessed her through the drive thru window literally yelling at the staff, beet red, and slamming the refrigerator doors. "Incompetent!" She screamed at them in front of everyone. I could see that the staff was demoralized and embarrassed. She is a horrible representative of the company!

This Wendy's drive through is horrible. I sat there for 5 minutes. Never heard hold on I will be with you shortly. I went to pull out and 2 cars were in front of mine picking up food. They were short handed. Well tell the person waiting that!

This place is awful. Took 30 minutes to place my order inside with only 2 people in front of me. Not to mention the 3 mistakes they made before I even placed my order. The older woman taking orders, who I assume is the manager, literally doesn't talk at all and throws your things around. So I place my order which is the bourbon bacon burger. I proceed to see them use BBQ sauce instead of the glaze. So when I say I saw this, this lady says we are out of it I can refund you. Like don't you think you should mention that when I asked for it?!?! Plus I wasn't waiting another 15 minutes to make new food along with most likely never getting my refund. I saw customers walking in and told them not to waste there time unless they had 45 minutes to waste waiting to order. This place is terrible and they should look into hiring new management.

I don’t normally complain but this is the second time I’ve had an issue with this Wendy’s. 1st time I ordered a 10 piece and they took it upon themselves to add 2 spicey nuggets to 8 regular instead of asking me if I’d wait for the two regular (I don’t like the spicey nuggets, otherwise I wouldn’t be annoyed). This 2nd time I got baconator fries with my order and they put some nasty burnt 🔥 bacon on them. Simple ‘mistakes’ that are 100% avoidable!!! Next!
