Love the theater, the seats, the food choices, the luxurious of everything. My daughter and I had a slow service experience on Mother's Day. I posted about it and was impressed that the senior management reached out via phone, left a message, then emailed me in an effort to address my complaint. They have made adjustments and have invited us to return. I give them credit for acknowledging an issue and adjusting. Kudos to Harkins. Please click 👍 if this was helpful.

A wonderful theater. It's located on the third story, it was awful actually locating the entrance. I walked through the whole mall, and it was one of the largest malls I've visited in Arizona. Large seats, nice small theater rooms, and a full bar. The only request is better food, they need some different options.

We went last night to see Top Gun (great movie), but they clearly didn’t clean the theater. There was left behind cups and popcorn everywhere. To be honest it was quite gross. In addition all of their sodas were flat. Overall I wish we had seen the movie in another place.

My employment rented a theatre out for a corporate meeting. No movie 😞. The seats were spacious and reclined all the way back. Very comfortable. I would probably fall asleep during a movie. Food was mediocre fair food. Hot dogs overcooked and pizza was burnt. My suggestion is eat first then get snacks at these.
