The food is great, just like all the other Metling Pots in the US. The server brought out the salads before our drinks got there so it was a bit odd to get food before drinks, it took a little too long. We went in the evening and it wasn't too busy for a Sunday.

This experience has been on the list for the longest time. We booked a table for two on a Monday evening and there were plenty tables available. We were greeted by the manager Emily who was warm and welcoming. At the table our server Giuseppe was friendly and helped with the selection for the food. It was his second week but didn't seem like until he mentioned. The cheese fondue - Formaggio was good, served with a variety of vegetables, green apple and breads. Since we were full we ordered the chocolate fondue with their special sweets selection. The chocolate fondue arrives with assortment of fruits and cakes. The sweets selection comes with cheesecake, macarons, strawberries and cream puff. To end it all we had their coffees - Cafe M and the Raspberry based one. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, hospitality and the service. It was indeed a good experience and would visit them again.

So, so good. We got the Experience for 2, and were full after the cheese fondue (bourbon bacon cheddar), but powered through the entree and dessert (dark and dulce) 😂 going to have to roll down the hill back to our hotel! Come hungry and wear loose pants LOL.

This isn’t the old melting pot experience. I think it’ll take a least a year for this restaurant to be staffed and alive again. I know restaurants are suffering from Covid but it’s just not worth the price with the shrinking portions and unhappy staff. We had reservations for my birthday and I have celebrated many birthdays and anniversaries at melting pot in the past. The hostess was very sweet wishing me a happy birthday on arrival. Our waiter didn’t mention it once, did not do the birthday candle and heavily complained about being understaffed. Things like drink orders could not be kept up on because of the staffing level. Him and another staff member were venting about needing therapy not 2 feet from our table. I’ve worked service and understand they must be under so much stress. But again, it’s not worth the $300 meal. The restaurant was not busy and although understaffed, the attitude of the staff made it a really poor experience. Our food photos still look great but compared to other reviews, you can see portions going down. With inflation and the times, I do understand. But the melting pot experience also wasn’t there. Our chocolate wasn’t cooked in front of us, the menu was not explained at all, it all just seemed like such a nuisance for our waiter. For fine dining when you know each table will be giving a decent tip, it just felt like such a waste of money and a birthday dinner.

The Melting Pot is a wonderful place to celebrate anniversaries. We have a large number of romantic options to make it a truly memorable evening. You can preorder everything from rose petals and candles on the table, to a gorgeous bouquet of roses, a bottle of sparkling wine or one of several combos. The favorite is the Ultimate Night of Romance. This includes, petals, candles, a dozen roses, a bottle of bubbles, a box of 6 chocolate covered strawberries AND your choice of one of our four course experiences for two, all for one price. Our hosts, Errin and Jeremy are at the restaurant and ready to tell you all the details 425.646.2744

Hi Stephen. You are required to have a mask on when you arrive, any time you are away from the table and when you leave. You are not required to wear it while dining. Thank you for your inquiry!
