I was profiled while visiting my half-sister long ago. I was from out of state. One officer shows up and felt he had the right to go into her apartment. I had just shown up at my Half sister's apartment but I was still outside. Next thing I know he has me in handcuffs and is accusing me of having a bunch of syringes stored away in her apartment and started accusing me of having needle marks when there were none. I am not her Scapegoat she was making sure I suffered consequences for Nasty Horrible things she is responsible for and was having me controlled and abused. The Police helped. She now incorporates things I had other intentions for specifically goals into her life. She would provide me with Speed and pretend she did it all the time when she didn't. She would say right to sleep and say she would shoot it up. His Sgt showed up after I was out of handcuffs real quick and they were gone real quick gone so fast they wouldn't even give me their badge number. They took the syringes from someone's apartment that was on probation or parole they did nothing to the individual they let them go. I don't inject I like my veins I told the officer. Defamation of Character at its finest even for someone who is just doing as he's told to do out of fear for his and his family's life.

Awesome officers! They have always been courteous, helpful and always smile and wave when driving through out neighborhood. Appreciate the community work they do and always seem to be helping those in need. Keep up the good work! Obey the traffic laws and you shouldn't have a problem. #itsthatsimple

So first of all, Marijuana is legal in this state.  Both my girlfriend And I work in the industry (farms and warehouses).  To have one of your officers tell me that I’m smoking in my car illegally, when it was CLEAR there was no smoke of any kind coming from the car and not to mention no marijuana in the car AT ALL, is profiling. She was extremely rude, telling my girlfriend that She’s allowing suspended drivers to drive her car, when neither of us in the car knew that the license was suspended. All of this for turning into an empty intersection down a residential road, realized I was going the wrong way, and made a U Turn. I didn’t obstruct traffic or block anyone.  I honestly felt like We were being harassed. Officer H. Hisel (54707) was extremely rude and unprofessional when we were nothing more than compliant.

Parking ticket $80 for parking near the steps of the Ledding Library. Not familiar with this building, went in to visit and spend time browsing. Sign said "Library and Park Parking" which I interpreted as DIRECTIVE to "park here," but it was in fact a DESCRIPTION of a parking area at the end of the driveway ahead of me, out of sight, around the corner. The sign is a trap! Walked to the police department to take up with the Officer Cloyes, who wrote the ticket. Made plea for leniency. He dug in, disputatious. He did not answer my question whether the space was in effect a trap; he had not done the courtesy of going into library to summon me as owner of such-and-such vehicle, he presumed I might be a person who wasn't there to use the library. He would not revoke or compromise the $80 fine, he described my parking as an inconvenience, but avowed no harm done. Left me resentful, with a sour taste. Bad community relations! Thinking I'll make appearance to contest the ticket.

What do we need to do to get people out of our house?

You have to legally evict them. If you want to spend some money you can evict them in 3 days with a sheriff. Otherwise give them a 30-day notice and then show up in court and spend about $200 in court fees to get them evicted.

A kid threw a rock at my moms car and cracked her windshield on beef bend rd. Shes home now in milwaukie, but I feel like that was attempted murder in such a dark rural place, what do I do?

In order to report it to your insurance you have to make a police report. Do that.

I have a neighbor who has a dog that cries and moans all the time on weekends. They leave him in a shed outside my window. It breaks my heart. He sounds so loanely and sad. I told them next time I heard him I was going to report them. I

I would offer to watch their dog for when they are gone. Remind them that by law it's too cold to have pets outside in winter, as it is too hot in summer. Maybe they can't afford to take their pet to a shelter, or have someone watch them. Maybe someone in the neighborhood could help if not you. If you have to report them, its not the police that you call, it's the Clackamas County Dog Services 13141 SE HWY 212 Clackamas OR 97015 503 655-8628. I pray it doesn't come to that! Good Luck!

My son and family (wife and 2 kids) from Texas will be visiting for Thanksgiving or Christmas. We have a large RV on our property so we could put them up in the RV for sleeping over night for a few days. Will this be a problem? Is this legal?

Not a problem as long as it's on your property, i.e. in your driveway, or on the grass next to driveway. Yes, it's legal.
