We have home renters, 2 cars, an RV, as well as personal business insurance through Tyler McClung's office. I always deal with Juanita and she is just such a delightful person to talk to. She goes over the policy with you in detail so you aren't confused at all. She also calls to "check in" with you every few months to make sure your needs haven't changed. With their Drive Safe & Save program, we even save a few bucks off our bill each month. The cost of insurance for WA state is high, which sucks, but we pay around $250 a month for all that we have, which I think is pretty competitive to other companies! The best thing is that they do NOT run your credit report in order for you to get coverage, like so many other companies do.
