Today, I witnessed the “owner (not sure)” argue and refuse to allow a vested service dog into the building. He made a public scene and was told this is the second time it has happened. Very concerning.

We've been watching our grandchildren play basketball all season. After each game, the kids will receive a drink and a snack from one of the parents. This has never been an issue. Tonight, the General Manager, Tom Carie approached me and threatened to have me thrown out because I had the snacks my youngest granddaughter had just received. I had two other grandchildren that still had games to play and could not leave them. He continued to threaten me and say there is a very strict policy and there would be no further discussion. I refused to give up my granddaughter's well-earned snacks and did concede that they would not be opened. He then proceeded to stare my family down for the rest of my second grandchild's game with another employee. On our way out, I saw him doing the exact same thing to another parent. Terrible GM and what a bad example to his employees! Thank goodness it was the last game of the season! I am researching who he reports to so I can file a formal complaint.

Very nice courts and employees!! We go for Special Olympics BASKETBALL practice and every time so kind to us. And facilities are very well maintained and kept in fantastic condition!

No room to sit safely away from the children playing. Customer services was horrible. The old man was very rude to the families who were asking for seating space. Why would NYS send their players here? First time here and I would not recommend. Is it like this for all families or is it because we had such high diversity in our group?

You have to bring your own. They might have one or two to borrow but best to bring your own.

It is $1 for kids, $2 for adults at open gym. They also have many programs that could be free or pay depending who is in charge, some are done by Sporting Chance but some are things like Lute Olsen basketball camp and other organizations. Some have scholarships and free spots some do not, as far as leagues and events. As far as open gym NO it is NOT free but you can go with the quarters from under your couch cushion, or in your car, very affordable :-)

is it free to play

It is like $1 for kids and $2 for adults...all that info is on the website or can call to make sure. I am not aware of any income based discounts, or monthly membership options to make it cheaper.
