LADIES STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. This location needs a new security guard. I've witnessed Martin on several occasions try to pick up women coming in and out of the establishment and watch as they try to ignore his remarks in very obvious discomfort. Your security guard should be protecting patrons, not trying to prey on them. Also - I have tried speaking to a manager at this location to complain in person, however there never seems to be one around.

Here is the problem for bank of America 8 people Inline only 1 teller drivethurs closed = poor customer service time to move to new bank

Scheduled a notary appointment over a week ago, received two confirmation emails, showed up to appointment scheduled for Saturday at 11:00am and bank was closed. The hours on the door indicated they were open. There was no sign on the door. We were not the only ones there with an appointment. Very unprofessional, especially for a bank. Will be taking banking needs elsewhere.
