The staff at the Cactus Rose were friendly and welcoming. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant. It could be described as understated elegance. I was happy to find vegetarian and even vegan entrees. There is a vegan burrito on the menu. My choice was the salad bar. This was a good choice, as there were healthy and gourmet selections available. My husband and I had a truly enjoyable dining experience.

Food was horrible. Asked for a well done burger. Meat was really pink from the inside. Not only that but the patty had no flavor at all. Server came to drop off drinks and only returned to drop off food and then only to srop off the check at the end. Never got my soda re-filled. When I was asked if I wanted any ketchup or ranch I asked for both and never got them. I got up and went to an empty table to get a bottle of ketchup. A family member got the steak again. No flovir what so ever. (Yes I took a bite) and it literally tasted watered down (I don’t know how). At the end of our meal one waiter dropped off this empty tray and me and my father had to pick up the plates and put them on that tray. Never has that happened at any place I’ve been to. Terrible experience👎🏽
