It took an hour to get my ONE sandwich. I called multiple times and the phone just rang. When I finally got through to someone they put me on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I hung up and called back and the man on the other said it will be at least 30-40 minutes to just talk to someone, and that I need to call back at 2pm and just HUNG UP! Horrible customer service.

It's Jimmy John's.😕 if I didn't have a gift card from someone I wouldn't bother, for the price the sandwich is subpar as far as how much meat is on it. I had the roast beef sandwich [ #2 ] I'd rather go to Jersey Mike's or even subway.🌯 but that's just me, it was amusing to watch 3 people make 1 sandwich.We’re very sorry for your experience.
