I love five guys but this particular joint is terrible. On one occasion my two double cheeseburgers came out with the meat all RED. On another occasion they overcharged me for a burger and couldn’t refund me so they literally wrote me an IOU on a receipt. Next they sometimes don’t put mayonnaise even when you ask. They’re also stingy with ingredients like they will give me one or two pieces of green peppers only. So bad.

Can't complain about the burgers, they do a really nice job. They're big, 🍔 loaded and super juicy. Also if you order a large fry, I don't think you can finish the whole thing lol. They must have had about a half a pound in there at least. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was extremely clean, A clean bathroom = A clean kitchen! The staff works very hard, and remember, they do not set the price of the product. They work hard and do the best they can. We went to a "Red Robin" the other day, the prices were similar, and the burgers were much smaller. They also had the three managers working in the kitchen and waiting tables, (without a day off for 3 weeks I might add) that's all they had. So, I admire the staff members of these restaurants, they take a lot of guff, sometimes it's good to give some praise!

It was fine. It wasn't life changing. They make good burgers and fresh French fries- very greasy food. That's my biggest setback. Some people like that though. Good but not great! Still would recommend :)
