We moved here roughly three years ago. In that time we have really enjoyed our stay. Of course things break in a home. Housing has always been very friendly and professional. Maintenance has been quick to repair things. We had black mold at one time due to a leaking faucet. I feel they handle the situation amazing. Gave us enough time to move out for the repairs. Put us in a furnished home for that time. Followed up with us everyday to let us know how the repairs were going and estimated time frame for us to move back in. They also gave us a voucher for the commissary to help with food expenses since we were not at home. We are getting ready to go to our next duty station and I pray our next station is as great as this place. We really love our home and going to be sad to leave here.

The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating. The housing quality has been great; no problems with water, electric, gas, or bugs. Would describe house as: Freshly painted, clean, tile, spacious, good layout, pet friendly, inviting. More than we could have asked for!

Very nice houses, nice yards, everything always works in the home and even if it doesn't you can call and they have someone over in less than 30 minutes to fix the problem. The price of the house is very reasonable considering they pay for all of your utilities. Great experience for us.

We moved into our house in late 2012 and have had a great experience for the last 4.5 years. Maintenance comes quickly and is very efficient. The employees are polite and knowledgeable. The housing company puts on some great programs for families and spouses. The housing specialists work with you to ensure you have the right house. They were quick to respond to inquiries about getting a house and have been just as quick to respond throughout the length of our lease. You simply can't get this quality of house for most BAH rates in the area, particularly when you add in maintenance and utilities. Definitely consider Mountain Vista as you move here.
