Hello Pam, this is Jason. There are two ways to get a replacement for your ZAGG Screen Protector. You can contact ZAGG directly at 1 (800) 700-9244, and they will ship a new one to you, or come into the kiosk and we will replace and install a new one for you. We will also ship the old one back to ZAGG for you. The cost is $10 for installation through the kiosk. Hope this helps! Thank you.
