Used to be a really good place to eat. But the last time we were here it took two hours to get our food and most of us were sick after. But we gave it another try. Today we were seated, not told of anything not available, then when we ordered an appetizer of jalapeno poppers we were told they hadn't had them in a month or so. Ok, fried mushrooms. We've had them before and always good, today the mushrooms were smaller than thimbles so many breading. Then we ordered. One of us ordered country fried steak and one a mushroom burger. The others ordered their food. Then another person, not our very nice server, came to tell us no mushroom burger or country fried steak. We canceled everything and left. The server felt bad and we tipped her well, not her fault there is no management or communication. Usually go here every time we're in Tombstone...not for awhile now!

Martha was our server, absolutely amazing! The ribeyes were perfect and a nice size portion. We enjoyed our dinner with a very nice atmosphere. Thank you so much to the entire staff..💜💜💜

Absolutely terrible service!! Sat at the bar to have dinner in order to avoid the long wait for a table and was ignored. Asked for a menu and the bartender gave us 1 menu to share and didn't come back to take out order. After waiting about 15 minutes we finally got up and left but not before telling the bartender he service sucked. I can understand if she was busy, but there were 6 people sitting at the bar including us. When we made it easy to the door I mentioned to the hostess that we were never served and that their service was terrible and she proceeded to tell me that she was going to call the police on me. Then she rudely told me to leave and to never come back. I replied that I wouldn't. I would not recommend this restaurant. When in Tombstone, go spend your money at the Longhorn Restaurant. The food is delicious and the service was outstanding.

Subpar at best. The ambiance is bizarre, there are weird divider walls in the middle of the dining room. The chairs have rubbed into these walls and have made gashes into the drywall. Just weird. The server was awesome and attentive, but the prime rib was low on quality. For being the son of the owner of the Steak Out, it doesn't come near the quality, which you think he would have learned. I'm disappointed and will not come back. Vogans or The Crystal is much better quality food. Too bad.
