Waterford at Peoria Apartments

So far the move in and leasing experience has been extraordinarily smooth and easy. We were able to get transitioned from a previous apartment complex, who lied to us about our unit, and hid the details of the lease agreement until the day the unit was marked available, and it cause a very terrible experience. Fortunately, Waterford and Nikki - the community manager - were able to assist us with transitioning everything over to the new community and unit, within days. Now we have completely moved in and had our furniture delivered and have been having an extremely positive experience in the community so far save for a few minor inconveniences.

Very sad to see that since there has been a change in Maintenance things are rapidly getting worse. It is frustrating when you have bugs due to poor work. If something doesn’t change soon everyone will get infested. Please maintenance maintain your property. Let’s not let bugs destroy this place.

I had an emergency in my apartment before Christmas. I asked Jesus and Brandon if they can please complete it before Christmas. I came home from work and my work order was complete with no mess for me to clean up. In addition, the office staff is very friendly and listen to any questions or concerns. They are friendly and wave when I walk my dog or in my car driving. I would highly recommend renting at Waterford at Peoria.

Waterford has been a great apartment to live at. The office staff led by Nikki and Deborah is amazing! They are always very pleasant and swift to resolve any issues I may come across. Compared to other apartments noise is often quite low, and it’s kept clean and feeling safe. Overall great place to live!
