Hey, This area confuses me as well. Personally, I usually park on 16th Ave E. If you're facing the entrance it's one block to your right, behind the other kaiser building. They have 1 hour parking there. For multiple hours I've parked on the street outside the Safeway parking lot (not in the lot). There is also a parking garage that the Kaiser signs will point you towards, but I've never been inside it.
