We rented a unit at Bela Rosa from 5/2018 to 7/2021, and had an excellent experience. It’s a quiet, friendly, complex that is nicely maintained and in an excellent school boundary. When we rarely had issues, maintenance would come out quickly to fix/resolve the situation. We have fond memories of our years here, and only left because we bought a house. Definitely a lovey place to call home.

After spending 6 months at another brand new complex I was hesitant about moving to Bela Rosa. But boy was I pleasantly surprised. The staff is pleasant ,attentive and did a great job communicating availability through the unit selection process The property is well laid out with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with large spaces for full size vehicles. The unit itself is large with tons of closet and storage space and was immaculate when I moved in. Highly recommend.

I have been in Bela Rosa Apartments for 3 months. There are a few things I really love about this place. 1. Gas Appliances- I love cooking on the gas stove and gas is more economical than electric 2. Maintenance- I haven't needed much, a few can lights, minor electrical, and air filters changed but the ease of making a request online and the quick response for the maintenance staff has always been great. 3. Gardeners- Even though they get started early, this place is really kept up well for the lawn is always green and cut and the bushes are all kept trimmed. I would recommend Bela Rosa Apartments to anyone looking to live in a well maintained and quiet community.

We've been living in the Bela Rosa apartments going on 3 years now and really love them! They are located very close to a lot of places we like to eat and the big park is within walking distance. Over this last year it has been tough on us, as many, but the leasing staff and workers have been very helpful and attentive to our situation. Any time we have a concern or maintenance request the front office is always right on it and makes us feel confident that it will get taken care of. The gym and pool areas are always well kept and clean. We feel very safe here at this community and will most likely renew once it's that time cause we really like the area.
