The girl working in the shop today was absolutely wonderful! She hooked us up with a fabulous system! She was very knowledgeable and we are very happy with our purchase so far!

The prices are decently priced for what you'd expect. Only bad points of this store is one evening they were closed 1 hour prior to their normal time without any reasoning. Later discovered that the "manager closed the store early" but still didn't explain why. Other experience the employee working was video chatting with someone, which instead of ending the call they put them on hold while I was checking out. Didnt impact me buying what I need but not would rather see a little more professionalism by hanging up the phone when customers are in the shop.

Great staff. The only reason i give 4 stars is because i have showed up multiple times at 11:30 (they open at 11) and the doors are still locked. Kinda of annoying to spend time waiting around for someone to show up.

First of all I would really like to thank the other reviewers for helping me decide between one of two vape stores. I am from out of state yet visit on a monthly basis. For months I have been going to the city’s other Vape store and have always felt like I was inconveniencing the clerks by my presence in their shop. They were helpful to an extent but always made me feel like I was beneath them. So this morning when my box mod broke I immediately went online to see if I had other options. I was surprised to find this shop so close by and amazed that a small town such as Anthem would have two Vape shops. Everyone sang praises about Kevin and his great deals and friendly customer service. So I decided to see for myself, I walked in the door and no they do not have the amount of inventory and fancy cases but they have Kevin. I said are you Kevin, he said yes and I said good you come highly recommended. I brought my service dog in with me and he never mentioned I or gave me a dirty look like the other store. I showed him my mod and told him it wasn’t firing and he said let me look at it and amazingly he fixed it, I was so happy so I decided to buy a back up box mod in case I had trouble again. I said where are your deals and he pointed to the top shelf and I said which mod to you use he pointed out to his Punk 220W told me why he preferred it all of its features and benefits and I said I’ll take it I also got a new tank for it and a nice mouth tip which h gav3 me for free as well as a nice cold can of coke. He cleaned my old mod put in a fresh coil loaded it up then did the same with th3 new mod and told me funny stories while he did it. I know I got a better deal than I would have gotten at the other store and if they were not so condescending they would not have lost my business. Kevin enrolled me in the stores loyalty program where I raked up a lot of points and the best thing of all they just started carrying my e-juice Blueberry cake by Glāss which 5he other store wouldn’t even special order for me. So I made a new friend in Kevin found a well stocked store with friendly service and am ten times happier than I was before I went in.great little shop
