I am very upset I called to see where they were located since they have different addresses in google and in their Instagram and they told me they were by appointment so I asked if I could schedule one and the lady who answered said to me thanks for calling ignoring my question and hung up. Yes, she can. I've been natural since I've been her client 3 years ago. I started off getting blow outs and fully transitioned to no heat styling. However, it depends on how you want your hair styled. Kim knows how to keep your hair healthy and my hair has grown a lot. Now, I go for a weekly braid out. Just call her and she'll give you honest feedback of what she can or cannot do. It's more helpful for you to arrange a visit so she can see your texture. Hope that helps.
