Bugs in room no breakfast no coffee pots no shampoo and conditioner when I called saying there was roaches every where he said I'll move you to a different room I said is it bug free or do I need to pay extra for them

Run Away from this place... Management doesn’t care that I had no hot water when I reported it they said they will look into it nothing happened when I press Zero for the Front Desk they will transfer you to a Rude Call Center. This been the worst experience ever after my 15 days I will check out be happy to leave. Also my tire was cut in there parking lot they made me sign waivers before checking in. Free Wifi sucks so if you need internet be prepared to upgrade to there paid version.

By far one of the best places to stay while on a business trip, quick and easy booking and process, it’s close to the theater and Dave and busters for the family fun. Rooms are really clean for a good night sleep plus the Assistant manager Marcela was such a great help in all my questions I had, very friendly and professional in all corners highly recommended for your stay, will definitely be coming again in my tucson stays

Worst service I’ve ever experienced this woman that is the manager didn’t want to do her job, so she just put a no trespassing on me so she wouldn’t have to do her job, I just had a fire to my house and my insurance was going to pay for two rooms in full for 30 days and the manager had a power hype, and wanted to start being disrespectful, then said she wanted to refuse service, because I came in to ask if the insurance was able to pay for the rooms. They don’t know how to do there jobs. Completely unprofessional.
