Great overnight stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool and hot tub a plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions. Breakfast was good and had many options with staff keeping it stocked and clean. Would stay here again!!

Rude night shift lady. Arrived late and the lady at the front desk was very rude. Especially after I thought the furnace/AC unit wasn't working. It was 12:30 A.M and I called the front desk to say my unit wasn't working. I rang the front desk and let the phone ring at least 20 times before she picked up. I saw her 3 minutes earlier and there was nobody around. She said "Maintenance has left for the day". I said. "ok, can you call corporate or someone". She said "No, corporate can't do anything, maintenance has left for the day". I said "So I'm just going to have to sweat hear all night?". She said, "It's the last room I have". Just very "short" and offered no "sorry" or assistance whatsoever. I am very easy-going and rarely complain but this lady (dark haired lady working the night shift the night of 5/12/2022) needs to find a different job. She is losing revenue for Holiday Inn. Or maybe Holiday in should send her to "customer service 101" class.

From the minute I walked into the hotel, I noticed how clean and welcoming it was! The person at the front desk (Paloma) was so polite and she offered her assistance to anything we may have needed during our stay. It was such a pleasant experience!

I had stayed at this hotel two years ago and found this stay to be even better. Bed was super comfortable, everything about the room felt new with plenty of storage and space to spread out. The free breakfast was fantastic, with more choices than I have seen anywhere - and those cinnamon rolls were the best. There really isn't another property in Socorro that compares to this, so I was say this is the nicest hotel in town.
