Located In the Convention Center. The center sections are best. The far left and right have less than great views. Not a big enough venue to have screens for a rock concert. On my first visit there I found that to be surprising. Overall a cool place though.

Went to Alan Parsons concert we had a good time. Acoustics of the facility is fairly good in the center 3 sections but the architect should have designed the facility longer and narrower and with more pitch to the seats. Avoid sections 1 and 5 for a concert.

Yes. If you go to the box office you can avoid the convenience fee which ticketmaster charges.

So after much confusion, the kiva box office TICKET WINDOW is located on the same floor as the kiva auditorium. The kiva box OFFICE is located on the lowest level of the convention center-- to try and simplify things the box office, box office ticket window and kiva auditorium are all located in the convention center. When you are facing the doors to enter the kiva auditorium the ticket window will be to your right, the ticket office will be exactly where you are standing but down 2 levels. Take the escalator down two levels until you reach the bottom of the fireplace, (yes I said fireplace) go behind the escalator and boom there's the physical kiva auditorium box OFFICE! Fyi--they aren't open on the weekends.
