I come to this location on a regular basis as I work in the area. Normally they have excellent service and I get exactly what I asked for but, in this particular instance the teenage children that you have running your restaurant gave me, a medium french fry with no salt instead of the small french fry with extra salt that I asked for. I stated that I wanted a small fry with extra salt three different times as it was not repeated back to me, not once, by the person taking my order.

This is the worst BK they never have anyone working the counter takes 30 mins just to order and that's inside with only one person in line smh there rude as hell take there sweet time then get mad at the customer for complaining to the manager the manger told us to go somewhere else to get food if we don't like it

Horrible horrible. Wish I could give 0. We usually never eat out and now I remember why. Fast food service sucks. Ordered through the online app. Got drinks 10mins before food so they were watered down. Since I ordered the mix n match it does not tell you what burger you ordered. I ordered for my6 kids so there were alot of burgers. They had to ask me what I ordered. I told them what I ordered, rushed looking through bags. I told the manager I was missing a QP, and 2 onion rings. Offered to give bags back so they could check and do their job. Handed me a QP and pretty much threw the bag of onion rings at me because someone fell asleep on the car behind me. Will NOT go here again. After I got home, I was still missing a burger.
