so im confused...24hr fitness? but closes at 10? i paid for the membership to workout whenever i want because of my work schedule..when i asked the person at the front counter do i get some sort of discount since im not getting the full service im paying for? she said "you can either go to brentwood or concord".... REALLY???

My daughter is very athletic and loves working out and swimming with her dad. So, I'm very pleased that they lowered the age for kids to 12. Her dad pays for his membership, and he just added her on for a 15.00 per month buddy pass.

My brother and I used to be members here. We cancelled our membership after we moved away last year!! We submitted the form in person and the front desk person said they would take care of it. Well.. joke's on us because we STILL get charged monthly for a membership we never use. Calls to their hotline go unanswered. No one seems to be interested in helping us. We've disputed it the transactions with the bank. Let us go 24h Fitness! Please respect that we no longer want to be members.
