Everytime I've Hobe to get food through drive thru, it has been been fast and delicious. Never a long wait and food is fresh n hot. Can't beat it. What fast food should be.

Slow motion service. The drive thru is slow and to long of wait. They need some serious help to better expedite so things run smoothly, or they just don't care. I don't eat at Wendy's anymore, I was doing someone a favor. Frostys only, everything else is Gross. Lost their original Wendy's standards two years ago

Worst costumer service. I ordered my food through the drive thru. Lady at the window did not ask for a coupon which I specifically let her know before I made order. She charged me full price and said your suppose to give me the coupon when coming up to the window. She grabbed my card and swiped it immediately. She was very unfriendly, did not apologize, and if she having a bad day. She should not be working.
