Went with my mother and two teenagers at the end of lunchtime and most bakery items were out. Looked like they were a bit short staffed. But the food was tasty and didn't take too long. Nearly every customer was there for the wifi.

Excellently run location. Helpful staff + quality food selection and great fast-casual food as expected. Go for the combos.

I placed an order via Uber eats for the husband and the driver dropped it off somewhere else. I called Panera to see if they can track down the driver but since it is a third party, there’s no way for them to track it down. However, Alex offered to redo my order and deliver it herself to the husband. She didn’t even charge me for delivery fee and she tracked down the number to call for Uber eats so I can get my refund. Alex is definitely an asset to this company and I will continue to support them, because I know they care and they go above and beyond for their customers.

Service was excellent! Everyone is respecting each other's space during Covid times. I did have an issue with my order, but the staff were more than happy to fix it right away. Their patio also has heaters for those wanting to dine outside.
