A lady had 2 kids running around the bank 1 kid screaming and yelling at his lungs their small dog barking and the other kid writing on all the papers. Security didn't say anything to them. They also only had 2 tellers available and 1 banker at 3:30 pm. There's 5-10 people waiting around and security is outside talking to someone.
