Yesterday around 6:45 I went to subway to order a Philly cheese steak. When I got it it was really cold after toasted . I asked to warm it up and she said no. I said why not and she said it’s already toasted. I said the meat is cold.. she said it’s SUPPOSED TO BE COLD.. I told her I was dissatisfied and she offer to microwave it instead of toasting it making the bread soggy . I basically paid money for a sandwich that was not made correctly and also will take this to corporate due to lack of customer service

A foot long sandwich that I can make at home is cheaper than here. I spent almost 12.00 dollars for a 6ft long subway. I have the app where it give "deals" but only if you order on the app. I regret buying at Subway, so expensive especially with all the inflation coming on. I won't be making them rich by buying there any longer. The customer service was bland and not worth going in for the sandwich or the customer service. There was plenty of parking, clean restaurant hand sanitizer still available for customers.

I went in and was the only customer in the store they didn’t have the meat I wanted for one of my sandwiches then when I chose the other selection of meat they helped 3 people ahead of me pushing my food to the side and when I asked for an accommodation she had the nerve to say “Do you want the sandwiches or not” in a snobby voice . Get this she was the manager ! Wow way to service your customers ...NOT!

Ordered online and PAID. Was told it would take 20 minutes. Went to the store and they hadn’t even started my order and wanted me to get in line as a placement for my order to be made. That is not how online orders works. If I wanted to wait in line I would have just went in instead of using the app. The workers at this store have no sense of customer service. I’d rather drive out my way to another Subway IF I order again

Send a message to corporate.. not that they do anything or acknowledge their employee's mess-ups :(.. I used to LOVE subway, like it was like my religion, but after my last experience and the lack of care from the company on how badly they seriously screwed up our dinners, I haven't had subway since.. they did reply, however, it was more of a "sux to b u" kinda reply n that was it..
