So glad the bakery reopened. The gal who works in the front; Amber is such a sweetheart. She has great customer service skills. I enjoy seeing her almost as much as eating the maple bars!

After reading good reviews, we decided to take a drive to visit the Castle Rock Bakery. Because they're still fairly new, they are still working on building their inventory. As of right now, they're basically a Donut shop. They have beautiful homemade donuts, muffins, cookies & pastries. The shop is very cute & quaint, with little tables for snacking . Nicely decorated & well lit. The service was very accommodating & friendly. The clerk was all smiles, and eager to serve. Something we really appreciated. We tried to get a good variety of treats to sample, and all of them were very good! The Cinnamon Rolls had Cream Cheese frosting, which made for a great taste; not sickening sweet. The cookies were again, really good, but not too sweet. We'd definitely recommend Castle Rock Bakery, and will definitely be going back.
