Office staff is nice. I got a just renovated unit and it looks terrible. I moved in almost a year ago and the hot tub was broke and it still is. My upstairs people are terrible and it sounds like they are going to fall through the ceiling. When you take a shower it creeks so bad I feel bad for the people below me because it sounds like we are going to through. The rent is ridiculously high. There are a bunch of dogs in here that are on the breed restriction list and the owners do not pick up after them. I am looking for another place as soon as my lease is up.

I've been here for two months so far and honestly I can say this place is not as bad as the bad reviews say it is.when I first seen the bad reviews I was so leary about moving here, but i can honestly say i dont see cops every night, or have i had any issues with bed bugs. And when i look on watch dog, this area has ZERO offenders. I feel safe here, and I see kids playing so I know its safe. I have had a issue with the box elder bugs, but they have scheduled me in for the pest control and i havent really seen any box elders sense, maybe a few here and there. I will keep having them spray when they come out, to keep them away. But other then that I really can say I have no complaints. I have to give Taylor and Joy both credit because they both work with me and help me to get any issue or maintenance done when it's most convenient for me. They are both so understanding and helpful! I think this is a great place to live, especially with it being my first time living on my own, they made everything go smoothly.

This place is terrible. There were bedbugs in the apartment upon my moving in. I had to pay OUT OF POCKET to handle it. I wondered if the bedbugs came from my own items at first, though I have NEVER dealt with this before, but I didn't want to assume it was the apartment, until THEIR pest control stated it was likely in the apartment already from the previous renters and not reported. I was told bedbugs are frequent in the complex. I had to throw out brand new mattresses and my children's bunk bed and they have been sleeping on the floor. I was literally INFESTED with box elder bugs and the management told me to spray them with dawn soap. The constant invasion of our space was unnecessary as well. Not only are we in a pandemic, but they chose to do invasive maitenence during this time. Changing locks, adding leak detection, and today they changed all the windows and doors. Tenents received a week's notice and many of us WORK FROM HOME. We had to scramble to get time off work and without pay. They failed to mention this current project would take 8 hours and we were told to lock up pets for that duration. I have never been more excited to leave a lease in my life, and I've lived in low income housing before. The only polite person is Joy in management. The rest is overpriced misery. Save yourself the money and time. I will NEVER recommend this place even if they reimburse me for the thousands I've lost and spent on THEIR issues.

The staff are superb. Very nice! Joy is a great manager. If you have any issues and need something fixed or need pest control, they get right on it. I love the location. It’s right on the boarder of Roy city and you’re practically on Riverdale road which has access freeway entrance going both North or South bound. You’re also near all the stores and restaurants in Riverdale. They have BBQ’s you can use. They have corn hole. Animals are welcome here and they also have poop stations all over the property for doggy bags. The apartments themselves are a bit small but they are cozy.
