I give one star because they do offer many services and that can be very accomidating for someone in a pinch. I on the other hand had bought a storage unit in a auction online and o went put to pick up and when the girl opened the door to the unit it didnt have the little red clip lock thats useally on them and it did not look anything like what i had bid on it was far more unorganized then what the pics show so i told her i would like to speak to mgr. She said she was not on the property that day and she asked what the deal was i told her and showed her pucs of what i thought i was buying and she proceeded to tell me there was a leak on the wall in the unit that needed repair so they repaired it and i guess all things needed to be movwd from that wall away but that dont explain why things on the left wall were moves also and nicley stacked in the back wall basically so i said this is not what i bought and i should had been notified if that was the case so i could make a decion then she called the mgr then puts me on the phone the mgr assured it was only 3 employess that work there and nonne had taken anything from the unit but that dont say the repair man or the others that came through to give estimates on damage or the work was done by 1 or 2 people this unit had been gone through and been nicly stacked in the back i never once insinuated someone took anything only that it was not what i thought i was buying the mgr barly let me talk gave me 2 options i took the one that offererd my money back of course and never a apilogy from mgr or ft. Desk girl it still cost me time money and a sitter to go pick up nothing. I thought was handled very poorly overall. The pics are only of the unit after the repairs and not what was showen in the auction pics online to buy!

Good rates prorated by the day. Cassie went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us including when a U-haul reservation got messed up by another location, she took it upon herself to get it corrected. Highly recommend!

Super happy with the customer service here now. It's such a step up and needed in the area. Go see Cassie, she's our favorite. We moved from the area to Bonneville and would rather stay here with our stuff then move it up there with us.
