I am a residential customer and was treated with the level of care and attention as a large commercial client. My kids ate popcorn and were given John Deere hats, and I purchased new equipment. The store manager even had a loaner mower delivered to my house when my mower was waiting on some parts. They checked in and asked how my mowers were doing. This is a one stop shop for the best landscape and farming equipment. Worth the drive !
