I received my shipment of plants today from Little Prince. I was expecting them to delay shipment till spring since it's January in North Dakota and I ordered two perennials (most companies ship these after the last frost date), but my plants arrived in surprisingly good shape, and they were a good size for the price. They were well packed including a heat pack. The only issue I found was that the nubs on my thimble cactus all fell off the main plant, but that just means more plants once they root. It was also a pain to cut the shipping wrappings off the plants, but I like that they took care to pack them well with biodegradable material instead of plastic. I will definitely order from them again!

Little Prince is AWESOME. I've bought a fair few plants from them, a couple in garden centers, but mostly online. These guys package their plants really, really well and I've never received something from them that didn't look like I'd have chosen it myself at a garden center.

I am very happy with the service from Little Prince. The fern I ordered arrived promptly, and was very well packaged with wood wool, so the soil was in place. The fern itself was in wonderful, healthy condition. Being new to ferns, not realizing their moisture requirements, I managed to kill the poor little guy in two days' time. I emailed Joan, she responded to me quickly, and is sending me a replacement. That is what I call excellent customer service. When I need to order another plant, I will definitely order from Little Prince of Oregon Nursery!
