Wanted to love this place, but it just turned out ok.. View was outstanding from the balcony, but couldn't enjoy it due neighbors smoking on their balconies. No A/C in the room and no screen on the sliding door made the room hot. Breakfast was ok, but dining area was also hot. Visited in May.

Positive: Right next to the lake. Staff is super helpful and attentive. Breakfast was great. For a 3.5 star rating this hotel is great with a rustic feel. The dining room view is absolutely amazing. Negative: This is not a deal killer, but the parking lot is a giant hole. So as the ice was melting, it became difficult if not dangerous to drive thru. Easy to avoid. But even going around the parking lot is not well up kept.
