Horrible front desk employees. Absolutely horrible. You could not pay me to stay there or to have my family stay there ever again. In fact they left in the middle of the night it was so awful! Don't stay at this rude nasty place!!!

A welcome relief to find a great hotel/motel that's as clean and spacious, with friendly staff and the amenities you always need to be away from home. Even had a sofa in the room.

Very friendly and professional staff. Although the building was recently struck by lightning, and caught fire, you would never know it from outward appearances. There is a slight smell of the fire lingering, but nothing threatening or overpowering. The building is sound, inviting, and comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar in the basement, that hosts lit dart boards, along with a Billiard Hall for the pool tournaments. There is also a large conference room for the big parties. The rooms are clean, well kept, and spacious. The view is Beautiful! You can't go wrong staying here.

Very clean hotel. Such professional and Kind staff. Staff reaction during a weather emergency was exceptional. Felt safe at all times. Highly recommend this hotel. Represents Alaska well.
