The quality of the photographers have become worse over the years. Some of them do not know how to engage a small child that moves quickly. They just sit there. Also, lack of creativity in the scene. I had to ask the photographer to add props. All he was doing is having my kids sit different ways. Ooo. I could have done that at home. Will never go back to JCPenney. Last straw.

Showed up with my family for Christmas pics. Just like we have for the past several years. 7 grandkids. Employees tell us we can only do 6 and we can't swap kids in and out. The two employees couldn't be but 18 or 19 years old and had no idea what they were doing. Never again will I go there!

Photographer made no attempt to interact with or get my toddler to smile. He just seemed annoyed. We ended up having to pay a sitting fee but left with no pictures. It was an uncomfortable and awkward situation. I want to love this place because of the price, but the photographers are so hit or miss. I have had a few now at this location that seem to have no interest in working with children.

Kyle did my son's 4th birthday photos tonight and was sooooo great with him. He was patient, professional and even checked his work as he took the photos!! I highly recommend getting photos taken by him!!! 5 out of 5 from me!
