BUYER BEWARE - Do not use this company under any circumstances if you have to book last minute or deal with Kelly, the dispatcher! She is a dishonest, disorganized liar and she left me stranded. I did everything she asked me to do and called her back three days in a row because she was still "finalizing bookings". I needed to book a one way ride for Monday and called the Friday before and explained I had a family emergency. She told me to call back Saturday, so I did, and she seemed to have no recollection of who I was. I tried to book the early shuttle for Monday AM that Saturday morning while on the phone with her and she wouldn't let me - she told me to call back Sunday because she was still"finalizing bookings". So I called back Sunday (several times, no answer) finally I got a hold of her and AGAIN she didn't seem to recall who I was (at this point I'm thinking how many people could also be having a family emergency and need a ride from Port Ludlow on Monday??). This time, Sunday AM, she told me all of the shuttles were now full and there was no room for me - but I had tried to book the remaining open seat for the Monday shuttle the day before and she wouldn't let me! Long story short, I booked on Dungeness Lines and they were reliable and perfectly easy to deal with. I will probably never use Rocket Shuttle because of this HORRIBLE experience - my mom lives in Port Ludlow and Kelly if you're reading this, I hope word gets around. I feel sorry for the customer service people who work for you, they are helpful and friendly but you don't allow them to book last minute trips. Epic fail, my family will be taking our business to Dungeness from now until the end of time because you're dishonest and a weak leader who is a negative detriment to this business and shame on you!

This company used to be easy to deal with. Call them up, get a person, ask questions, etc. Simple and reliable. No more. They have switched to a new website and new automated call center system and both are a comedic parody of how bad things can be. Their website has phrasing that admits things are confusing and suggests calling. Their call center admonishes you to go to the website and makes it very difficult to speak to a person. Navigating their system to talk to a real person is like playing a video game, filing taxes, or filling a cavity at the dentist. My Dad arrived at SEATAC after a 12 hour flight and was completely flummoxed about contacting his driver. With the benefit of visiting their website on a laptop, it still took us three tries to figure out their voice mail system, which requires not only pressing the correct keys but doing so with the correct timing -- crazy. We're now on the flip side of the trip and are trying to figure out when his pick up time is tomorrow early morning. The website is no use, the call center basically told us to "press * for a call back, because we're too busy to speak to you now" and when we did so the automated call center replied to us in Spanish.

Flew in from Texas to Seattle- didn't want to pay high car rental prices. My daughter lives in Port Angles, it's a long drive for her and kids. Rocket was great!! Very reasonable in price. Office Staff very helpful setting up the reservations. Todd and Christian were the drivers and both were so efficient and helpful. Very talkative with all travelers, made the road trip go by fast. Todd even gave updates or history on sights we were driving past. Will definitely be using them again on my next visit.
