DON'T take your animal here. Read the Facebook reviews and the terrible negligence the vet conducts during routine procedures. Animals have died on the hands of this vet for what should be routine procedures. # Justice for juniper

If you have a small dog- please, I repeat- please do not allow them to put them under for dental. I took my happy, healthy little Yorkie and I got the worst call of my life. They lost her. “Staff said the vet was really booked today” Never had a problem with her dental while living in Dallas. First time here, they brought her out in a little white box and said “sorry”

The staff are always pleasant and welcoming to our 4-legged kids. Each time we go there, treats are available for our kids to enjoy. The facility has even squeezed us in between appointments in times of urgent care. Highly recommend Banfield!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Hello - Thanks for reaching out! Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We recommend contacting your nearest Banfield Pet Hospital to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
Check with reception as to your pets specific needs for cost effectiveness.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
