Self service bay 2 was not working properly. Took nearly three minutes to switch to the foaming brush, and the high powered soap and rinse were also not working. Both caused me to unnecessarily add money. The associated vacuum nozzle fell off partway through use, again causing me to add more money. Manager/owner on site and ignored me waiting to speak with him. Please fix these issues before another customer wastes their time and money.

Usually I like to wash my car at this spot but today it had broken equipment. Auto washer didn't wash my roof and one of the dryers didn't work and the credit card machine malfunctioned.

Damaged wheels on brand new Tesla Model Y. No signs advising against entry of vehicles with low profile tires. Owner hasn’t answered calls and text messages about damage. Steer clear.
