I like their products and selection however they are frequently out of things that I need. Tried online and at the beginning seemed very convenient but there has been a problem with every order. Either the charges are wrong or only half of the order shows or up they send the wrong thing. It ends up being a hassle. You can do better Petco! On the positive side - my family and I have gotten beautiful healthy parakeets there over the years.

Dog needs a nail trim? Good luck. They won't take walk-ins on the weekend, which of course we don't know until we get there & see the handwritten sign on the door. But ya can't make an appt for it either because they don't offer the option to make one for a nail trim by itself. Want to try & get an appt by phone? That's laughable. They hardly ever answer.

This particular store is empty, holes on the shelves where product should go. The store is dirty, the floor needs a scrub and recoat of wax. Associates were putting away delivery and ignored us as we passed by.

The Grooming Department at this Petco is awesome!! Especially Kelly C., who turned my stinky little gremlin into a normal, fluffy puppy again. Thank you so much Kelly, we will be back!
